About the Instructor
Mara Woloshin works as a trainer and seminar presenter and, time permitting, serves as an adjunct professor in the Communications Department at the University of Portland.  During her 24-year career, which includes 17 years in the university classroom,  she has helped numerous Pacific Northwest businesses achieve success and helped dozens of individuals search for and find meaningful positions in the workplace.

Mara is a member of the National Speakers Association, the American Marketing Association, the Home Builders Association and the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Counselor’s Academy.  She was admitted to PRSA’s College of Fellow in 2005.  She has received numerous awards for her work, including the PRSA 2003 William Marsh Lifetime Achievement Award.
