Woloshin Communications has won local and regional awards presented by the Public Relations Society of American in:

Principal Mara Woloshin has earned numerous achievements, including appointment of the College of Fellow of the Public Relations Society of America, (PRSA),and the PRSA 2003 William Marsh Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mara was the 2009 chair of the North Pacific District of PRSA, she is also a member of the National Speakers Association and the Public Relations Society of America's Counselor's Academy. She has served as president of the Portland Metro Chapter of PRSA and is also a founding member of the Capitol Chapter in Salem, Oregon. She offers pro bono services to a variety of interests, including the Mexican Cultural Center, the World Jewish Congress and refugee organizations.

For nearly a decade she has been the PRSA Accreditation Co-Chair, part of a dynamic team of public relations practitioners that have successfully taught accreditation courses that have enjoyed a 100 percent pass rate for the last several years.
