National campaign to inform the public of their rights as the federal law creating Medicare Part D was enacted.

In compliance with HIPPA and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), developed, promoted and managed a campaign that involved the creation and recruitment of dozens of public education meetings, speaking to over 500 individuals in Oregon and Washington from January to May 2006.

    • Pharmacists
    • pharmaceutical companies
    • hospitals
    healthcare workers and beneficiaries of the new law, On the legal regulations, the benefits and how to enroll individuals this new federal system.
  • Managed staff of five to assist in recruiting CMS compliant locations and participants.
  • Developed all educational materials for this campaign.
    • All materials, educational efforts and recruitment materials were required to pass CMS inspection.
  • Developed all press materials according to CMS regulations and placed over 30 articles and announcements to assist in education and targeted participant recruitment.
