Principal Mara Woloshin has earned numerous achievements, including appointment to the College of Fellows of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and the PRSA William Marsh Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003.

In 2009, Mara was the chair of the North Pacific District of PRSA, and she is also a member of the National Speakers Association and the Public Relations Society of America’s Counselor’s Academy. She has served as president of the Portland Metro Chapter of PRSA and is also a founding member of the Capitol Chapter in Salem, Oregon. She offers pro-bono services to a variety of interests, including the Mexican Cultural Center, the World Jewish Congress and refugee organizations.

For over a decade she has been the PRSA Accreditation Co-Chair, a team of senior public relations professionals that have successfully taught accreditation courses across the Pacific Northwest. For more than five years, this PRSA APR teaching team has enjoyed a 100 percent pass rate. The result is dozens of communications professionals passing the most rigorous international test of their skills.
